Alexander Gray Muir is a husband and father, and - thanks to the power of the Rosary - a Catholic convert.
Alexander is also a catechist, speaker, and author based in Canterbury, UK. He is a member of Southwark Archdiocese’s “Agency for Evangelisation and Catechesis”, and he leads retreats on the Rosary at the Rosary Shrine in London and elsewhere.
He has an MA in Theology from Durham University / St Augustine’s College of Theology, and he graduated with Distinction for his thesis on the ‘Ecumenical Rosary: Mariology, Christology and Soteriology’. He has recently completed Southwark Archdiocese’s catechist training ‘The Archbishop’s Certificate’, and is now a doctoral student with the Franciscan University of Steubenville’s Doctor of Ministry program in Evengelization and Catechetics.
His book, “The Rosary: A Prayer Full of Grace,” was published in 2026 by the Catholic Truth Society — Publisher to the Holy See — and traces the Rosary through its Mariological, Christological, and Soteriological dimensions before returning, finally, to the beads themselves. It carries an imprimatur/nihil obstat, and a foreword written by Archbishop +John Wilson. You can buy it directly from CTS.
